GoToMarket AI provides an AI-powered platform for startup founders and product teams to generate go-to-market strategies, including ICP generation, positioning frameworks, launch planning, competitor intelligence, messaging frameworks, and growth playbooks.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as outlined in our 7-day money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of GoToMarket AI Inc. AI-generated outputs provided to you are licensed for your business use. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoToMarket AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. AI-generated strategies are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
